Looking Through the Y
|
Photos One and Two: This picture is a look into the main pool area. The pool shown is the Meter Pool, and on the very far end of the picture you see two doors leading to another pool called the Yard Pool. Not shown is another pool called the Small Pool, used for children.
Photos Three and Four: We were unable to access all the rooms during our tour (though in this case we did get a little peek), however, this is the sign outside the Neenah Menasha Y's Miron gymnasium. This gym is used for various purposes including track, children's games, and so many more! Photos Five and Six: Two shots of the Y's upper gym. Photo Seven: This is one of the Y's many racquetball courts. Photos Eight and Nine: Again we could not go into every room, so this is a peek at the Y's dance studio, but we were able to get a small peek into the studio. Photos Ten and Eleven: The Y, unbeknownst to many, also has a very nice Martial Arts Studio. Photos Twelve through Fourteen: (In order) The Spirit, Mind, Body studio is a place to practice yoga and other relaxing forms of mental, spiritual, and physical exercise. If you are into a more vigorous workout, the Group Cycling studio is the one for you! The Aerobic studio is just another one of the various mentioned before. Photos Fifteen and Sixteen: The Y provides adult fitness centers that double as workout rooms for both men and women. These are two shots of the woman's door. Photo Seventeen: This is the view from the lounge on the main floor, overlooking the river that flows between the two lakes the Y rests near. (All photos on this page were taken by Samantha Dorow) |
